A Brief History

Joy Mulholland (one Joy in Minnesota) is a freelance television producer. Having worked on shows and series for local and national television, she is an experienced researcher who gets a thrill out of learning something new.

After almost twenty years living in Minnesota, learning more and more about the history of family businesses, murder mysteries, political scandals, bootlegging and more, she decided to share the fun with anyone else who might enjoy the “I never knew that before” feeling.

The more stories that are uncovered, told, retold, and shared, the more we feel grounded and connected to the state we live in and the other people who love it and call it home.
